COURSE OVERVIEW
The Leadership for New Managers and the upcoming course focuses on the development and enhancement of individual knowledge, skills and abilities in the areas of leading more effectively. This course focuses on practical application that blends theory and practice for leading and building team performance to support performance outcomes.
In this workshop, the speaker will help newly appointed, or about to be appointed, into team leadership or managers positions and make that transition from an individual contributor to a people manager by identifying and refining their personal leadership styles so as to lead more effectively and develop effective relationships.
