COURSE OVERVIEW | Leading and managing a project successfully requires rigorous discipline, nimble thinking and proactive planning. This programme provides a toolkit which focuses on the five phases of project management – initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing. It provides an overview of the project life cycle specified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and also on the human side of project management. This course is also designed for business analysts, for project practitioners and for project managers – who are interested in enhancing their ability to juggle multiple projects more effectively and to improve their ability to prioritize their schedule and to take ownership of their time. |
