  • Calculate payroll in accordance with organizational policies procedures and legal requirements addressing any variances in employee pay
  • Reconcile calculations with payroll allocations to ensure accuracy
  • Produce payroll and related administration reports using appropriate software
  • Present reports to supervisor in the requested format
 
Process Payroll Payments
 
  • Communicate with authorised parties to obtain approval for payments
  • Activate payments in accordance with organizational policies, procedures and legal requirements
  • Update records to ensure accuracy, currency and completion
