COURSE OVERVIEW
This course is aiming to enrich participants with profound knowledge of the background and evolution of ISO 9001. Most importantly, all participants will be provided with an in-depth interpretation of those requirements for implementation. Participants will have a defined understanding of reporting audit findings and undertaking effective follow-up actions on corrective actions identified for ensuring continual improvement. This course is designed for anyone who wishes to learn and know more about the ISO 9000 series of management systems which also include the 2015 standard and to equip participants with the basic knowledge on the audit methodology for the ISO management systems.
