Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing course cancellations, withdrawals, and refund requests for all programs offered through our website. By registering for a course, workshop, or executive training program at Kings Global Academy, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Course Registration & Payment Terms

• All course fees, registration deposits, and administrative fees must be paid according to the invoice or payment schedule specified during enrollment.
• Enrollment is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the designated deposit or full payment.

2. Student-Initiated Cancellations & Refunds

If a participant or corporate client wishes to cancel their enrollment or request a refund, written notice must be submitted to the Kings Global Academy Admissions/Administration department. Refund eligibility is determined based on the date written notice is received prior to the scheduled course start date:

14 to 28 calendar days prior to start date	50% refund of tuition fees paid.

On or after the course start date / No-Show	No refund provided.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

The following items are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Application and registration administrative fees.
• Course study materials, digital access keys, or textbooks that have already been distributed or activated.
• Transaction processing charges or bank transfer fees incurred during initial payment or refund processing.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Kings Global Academy recognizes that unforeseen circumstances may disrupt a participant’s ability to complete or attend a course. Special refund considerations or credit adjustments may be granted in cases of:

• Medical Emergencies: Verified by an official medical certificate or doctor’s letter.
• Family or Personal Tragedy: Evaluated on a case-by-case basis by management.

Requests submitted under exceptional circumstances must be made in writing within 14 calendar days of the event, accompanied by relevant supporting documentation. Approved cases may receive a partial refund, course credit, or deferred enrollment into a future term.

5. Course Cancellations or Rescheduling by Kings Global Academy

Kings Global Academy reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or alter course schedules due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or circumstances beyond reasonable control (Force Majeure).

In the event that Kings Global Academy cancels a course:

• Participants will be offered a 100% full refund of all tuition fees paid to date.
• Alternatively, participants may choose to transfer their enrollment to an upcoming start date or an equivalent course at no additional charge.
• Refunds resulting from institutional cancellations will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation notice.
